Those squarespace templates sound pretty cool! I've been wanting to try and make those no/low content books to sell on Amazon KDP. Well these templates sound similar! It's completely out of my "comfort zone" lol. I've been a hands-on caregiver for over 20 years! But the idea of staying home more, working when and where I want, while growing my creativity muscles... sounds amazing!!

Yes, market crashes. Yes it has not bottomed, It has no business at this level in the first place, pumped up by the Fed and central banks around the world. You can still be 100% invested at this level. Good luck! I prefer to sell the bounce and keep 50% cash. I will not get back into the market more than 50% if S&P is not 30% lower from here. I trade and make quick profits. With this inflation and my expectation on the economy, I am ok with 70% cash. I don’t short the market. Just keep selling the bounce!

If you're gonna do Rev, I suggest doing transcription over captioning because it's overall easier since you don't have to synch video like with captioning. Also, when I signed up and did my assessment, I didn't hear back from them for like 2 months because there are a LOT of people already applying for this kind of work. Good luck!

Hi Joshua, I like your enthusiam about real estate photography. It has actually been my side hustle for roughly 1 year now. I just wanted to clarify some things for anyone interested in pursuing this side hustle.

#1) You CANNOT use a cell phone.
Using a cell phone is simply not an option for this field. Yes, phones have good cameras but they are not able to capture the RAW data that is needed from a DLSR camera. You need the RAW image file because when adding LUT's and using lightroom you need to change all of the data to make the pictures appealing. Also, a phone is very unprofessional. I am a real estate agent as well and many agents can take photos with their phones as well. Most of the time they hire professionals because it shows good faith to the seller that you are providing top marketing.

#2 You do not typically get paid by the hour.

In real estate photography you are typically paid a flat fee foe a particular job. For instance I charge $200 for Interior & exterior photos with editing. I am not paid by the hour.

#3 You do Not make more momey in Commercial

I actually do both residential and commercial building photography. The moat units I have taken photos for was a 9-unit property. Typically you will only have access to a few vacant units because when 5+ multifamily properties are sold they are typically occupied. This translates to you making the same $200 on int & ext photos for commercial. (You can upcharge...but for me I work with repeat clients who I have a set rate for and they always use my service).

#4 It's not Rocket Science

You do need an investment upfront of a dslr camera, photoshop, and lightroom. Other than this the skill is relatively simple to learn. Watch YT videos.

Side hustle #2 really got me thinking! Books are something I've always been passionate about and the idea of being able to turn that passion into a profit in some way is pretty intriguing. As you know already, I started my YouTube channel in March to begin separating my time from money in the sense that I may one day be able to quit my 9-5 job.
