Federal charges DO NOT have to come by Grand Jury. Charges can also come by an Information or Criminal Complaint signed by a Magistrate.

Can regular people file file pro se a grand jury against a federal employee. Fir instance, file an case against the police or prosecutor that wrongfully in prison he’s 600 patriots in Washington DC that are keeping the patriots wrongfully imprisoned with no access to attornies and being tortured ?

The Grand jury is a great institution that we no longer have in the Uk or Australia.
It ensures that 20 citizens decide if a case is valid and charges be brought. In the Uk
a Magistrate can do that by himself. "The grand jury's theoretical function against abuse of executive power was seen during the Watergate scandal. In United States v. Nixon, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled eight-to-zero on 23 July 1974 that executive privilege applied only to the legislative and judicial branches – and not to grand jury subpoenas – thus implying a grand jury constituted protections equivalent to a "fourth branch of government"

If you only need 12 to indict then is better for the prosecutor to have 23 jurors.

I think all government officials, or persons making over 1 million per year should be subject to a vote by the people in their district or county as to whether they indite.

Also do you think we should add an amendment to the constitution requiring the territories to have a referendum to either become independent or become a state and make it binding?
