Popular South actor-turned-politician Khushbu Sundar has quit the Congress. She is likely to join the BJP, reports said. Khushbu, who had joined the Congress in 2014 after quitting the DMK, in her resignation has stated that some people who are not connected with people are dictating terms in the party. She has claimed that party workers like her are being sidelined. For the BJP, Khushbu will be a big catch in Tamil Nadu, a state that continues to be largely out of its grasp, ahead of polls next year.
