VirtualBox - Invalid settings detected when trying to add a Host Only Adapter

Here I can see only NAT network can you tell me why I can't find Host-only Networks there

My issue was too many virtual cpu's allocated. Set it to "1" and restarted the vm. Worked.

In my virtualbox preferences there is no host-only networks, there is only NAT networks.Can you help me out with this? Thanks in advance.

i am here cos i have this in virtualbox -" Invalid settings detected - system motherboard page: more than 50% of the host computers memory (3, 89GB) is assigned to the virtual machne. there might not be enough memory left for the host operating system. please consider selecting a smaller amount". How ?? What does it mean. I am on a new windows 10 laptop (hate windows 10) and I do not know what this means. i have 614 GB free of 688GB (tons of gb's ..). i have 3 linuxs in virtualbox i am setting up. please if you know what this means, please tell me. thank you.
