In question #3, why did you assume both organizations have a lesson learned repository when it's not even mentioned in the question? I think the question should be rephrased in order for the answer to be valid?

Hi, dear, I have tray all 15 questions and in four answers I could not find the correct answer, and the rest of the 11 were answered correctly. My attempt was 73%.

Thankyou for the questions! @25:15 Q#10: Answer should be A and not D. One should refer to risk management plan to be more specific, however since that's not in the question, you should opt for project management plan before escalating the issue. Communication management plan is also a subset of PM plan however it will not have the process of risk escalation...it only provides guidance for communicating it further after escalation.

14/15. I was wrong on Q#13. I chose option A: Change Management Plan which was wrong.

I have just started preparing 2 days and dont have much knowledge abt predictive process but still i got 9/15 which is 60%. I will retry after 1 month, taking the lectures, notes, hopefully will be able to get 100%.
