it's not 1/(4+x) but 1/root (4+x) . Basic laws of indices 1/x^n = x^-n

how did u get 1/(4+x) = (4+x)^-1/2

at 4:43, you said 8 x 16 = 64, but its actually 128, so the term should've been 3x^2/128
