I see that there is a lot of confusion in the answer. The correct option is option A that is, 10⁹.
The confusion arises due to the ambiguity in the notation. It is necessary to put brackets() to intend the expression: 10^(3^2)=10⁹

10^3^2 is ambiguous as people don't realize that whether to treat it as (10^3)^2 or 10^(3^2). But in higher mathematics, those brackets are generally ignored and is treated as 10^(3^2) which is 10⁹

So, people who still think 10⁶ should be the correct answer for the expression, I guess you get my point. Just don't go on proving others wrong. No one is mad to simply utter nonsense in the comments. Enlighten yourself with new knowledge.

I see so many people here get wrong about a very basic rule that you may (if you're asian) have learnt form 6th grade.
Here i say it short (or maybe not):
Rule 1: MUST follow the Order of Operations:
Parentheses > Exponents > Multiplication and Division > Addition and Subtraction.
Rule 2: follow rule 1.
Rule 3: follow the arrow, they show the direction to calculate: ａ^b^c ↓; a × b ⇄; a ÷b → ; a +b ⇄; a -b →
Here there are 10^3^2 and (10^3)^2, let's call them LHS and RHS.
Therefore LHS:
10^3^2 is 10 power 3^2 = 10^9
Why not calculate 10^3 then ^2? Because you can't, check rule 3.
In RHS there is a () ⇒ highest priority... wait there is a formula that (a^m)^n = a^(m×n) ⇒ (10^3)^2 = 10^(3×2) =10^6

10^3^2 is calcluated as 10^(3^2) which is 10^9
Whereas( 10^3)^2 is calculated as (10^3)^2=1000^2 =1million or 10^6
