Beltane Guided Visualisation Meditation
Показать описание
time to connect with the fairies, the May Queen and the Green Man, for healing, energy and manifesting.
Beltane marks the peak of spring, moving into the beginning of summer in the pagan wheel of the year. the light is now strong enough and bright enough to begin to reach into all of the corners of our lives, it is a fire festival, full of energy, movement and passion and is associated with new life, love, and sensuality!. The energy that we felt ignited at Ostara, as the light came into balance with the dark, now takes on a feeling of expansiveness. We feel ourselves unfurling and reaching towards the light as we become attuned to the lushness of nature that is exploding all around us with new growth. The weather is warmer, we joyfully stretch and turn our faces towards the sun. This is a time for fun and frivolity, for abandonment, for getting immersed into nature. Time to reconnect with our inner child, be open to the magic of the natural world!
During this lockdown period, many of us have had time to slow down, and to spend more time in nature, walking, alone or with our loved ones – Beltane is a time to honour that, to honour Nature. If you can, do this meditation outside, with your bare feet in the grass! Seated under a tree or in your favourite place in nature or the garden. If you are indoors, maybe you could be looking out of a window or have a beautiful image of nature in front of you. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Find somewhere where to can sit quietly for 15 minutes as i guide you through this revitalising and healing meditation.
