I'm feeling very vindicated. I have said many times that in world without morals (a society free from social restraints) it would always come down to might makes right! Of course, Thomas Sowell explains is sooo much better.

More single people, more households, more food being bought, more furniture being purchased, more cars, essentially they profit over singletons or divorces. But society is a lot more stable and productive with marriages, and therefore worth it. Children deserve to be born and raised into structured households, they deserve that security, and so do men and women.
