Way back 2017 I got Ignis Zeta Diesel for 8.05lakhs on road and had completed 42000.
Diesel with 190NM Torque has a way more kick 😂 for a car of this small factor.
Since diesel easily gives 22-25kmpl 😉 way more pocket friendly for me.
As said in video sound damping is not good, so had to damp all 5 doors it's silent and smooth.
At 30000km I upgraded the tyres to 195 section 😀 and it's a 🍒 on 🍰 to drive, what a handling car for a such tall boy, tyre upgrade is a must for his car.
Ride gets matured less body roll and the car feels planted with 195 section tyres.
In our family we have one more Swift 2018 ZDi plus diesel varient as well and this ignis feels solid to drive when compare to swift ☺️.
I didn't like the speaker and music headunit which came as stock, hence swapped for Sony and Focal speakers with door damping 🤣 and sound stage is excellent.

This is my favorite vehicle and I owned the same car...the one and only more powerful 1.2 L, 4 cylinder engine with in 6L budget

Owning this car for 11 months now. Great car ! Yes suspension can be made better. Will have to replace it in few years I guess. Mileage is good too if driven between 3-4th gear. Tall boy design, climbs hills effortlessly like a monster, easy to zip drive. Many ignis flies at 120-130kmph on highways, but better to drive safe within 100kmph untill u know ur machine well

Very systematic approach towards assessing the performance and drive quality of an automobile. Great job!!! I don't agree with your negative points for rear door glass which is compensated with the triangle glass bit which looking very peppy...

As my 8th car in 22 years, I bought IGNIS AMT Delta in 2018 and done 33k and I am getting 15-16 in Coimbatore city and 22-23 in highway.

I put 2.5+2.5 k petrol in almost empty tank during my Chennai trip and on reaching back Covai clocked 1156 kms with 2 bars and 45 kms rage indication.
I calculated 105.75 per liter and 47.28 litres which came to almost 24 kms per litre with another 40+ kms range left. Why shouldn't anyone be delighted to get such mileage.

My average speed was 90-100 most of the time. And I took 5 breaks for 500+ kms on each direction mainly to give enough cooling time for the engine and tyres so as to get a good mileage which I acheived in the end.
Besides mileage, I am very much satisfied with the overall performance of my IGNIS AMT Delta on All aspects.

Thank you🙏💕 for taking up my most favorite car I ever drove in this 22+ years.

I drove my friend ignis diesel amt alpha variant and its feel good enough for driving (not good or not bad). Amt gear box had some issues when engaging gear in reverse sometimes but most of the features and design are not updated in 2021 model and still looks same. I noticed only exterior front grill has changed to U shape. Good Car for city and Highway from Suzuki.

Ignis should have the peppiest 1.2 L NA engine available in India. If we compare cars like the Tata Punch or the Hyundai i10 nios 1.2 Kappa Petrol or the Hyundai i20 1.2 Kappa Petrol or the Renault Kiger 1.2 NA, the Ignis and Swift should be much more engaging to drive.

If space is enough for the buyer and like the looks of the car, Ignis should be a fantastic city car and an occasional highway trip car.

In 2022, I think it's priced very well to the competition. Especially with the Zeta MT, it's almost 30k less than Hyundai nios Sportz and offers a more peppier ride.Swift Vxi is also overpriced as of now with less features when compared to Ignis Zeta MT.

If one wants the cheapest pocket rocket that's currently available on sale, then there's i10 nios Turbo Sportz 1.0 L Petrol at almost 1.6 L more than the Ignis Zeta MT.

After Much oscillation between Tiago vs ignis, I booked Ignis sigma +. Except safety( 4*) & design, Ignis is better than all other features including after sales service.

It's very good car. I did drive the car in all type of roads. Felt overall value for money. Pros : Engine, Ride quality, Better build quality exterior and interior compared to other cars in this segment like Swift and WagonR, Wheelbase and Ground clearance, Mileage.
Cons (Manageable) : Suspension stiffness, Rear seat space, Hard steering
