Dominant kicking leg. Dominant throwing hand.

Asymmetrical movement patterns and limb dominance is part of being human, yet we all seek to be symmetrical. But is symmetry even possible?

Join Naboso founder Dr Emily as she explores the functional symmetry theory and how injury, surgery and of course modern day footwear favors asymmetry.

Learn how excessive asymmetrical patterns can lead to compensation, injury risk and falls - and how to use sensory stimulation such as texture to improve weight perception and distribution.

I prefer to switch hand and limbs, what would we call that?

Hi! I watched this as a layman. I have an extreme right footedness, but at the same time this led to a much stronger LEFT hip, even visible in about the double muscle size in the mirror. I Always put more weight on the left hip when walking and also the duration of it is much higher than on the other side. Actually just because the right foot always wants to be in front and go first.. 2nd question: The soles are to small for me and the sheets to complicated to get here in Poland, not possible to pay by credit card, only bank transfer, so could I use these socks instead of the soles in the shoes all day long?
