In the Arc 6 Light Novel, when Ram is asked if she has "intuition" like Subaru's (clearly refering to the foresight he gains from Return By Death), she replies that she doesn't have an Authority like he does. So Ram should be on this list as well.

There are 3 characters in Isekai Quartet that know that Subaru has this ability.

Pandora‘s actor Knows because he has the abilities to beings that are lower level than him to a degree to scanned and attempt to copy abilities. He did it to everyone in the school. The 2 people he couldn’t copy were Reinhard Van Astrea and Tanya Von Degurechaff.

Demiurge because it is stated that he knows he is in a loop. He has memories of trying to kill everyone for Ainz. Every time he kills SuBaru or he dies from collateral damage, everything resets to the first minute they shown up in this new world.

Besides Reinhardt with his divine protections there really isnt anyone in the verse Subaru cant beat if he wants to. Afterall he was able to kill every single sin archbishop and burn the entirety of legunica, not just the capital with only a few million deaths. A Subaru with a goal is truly unstoppable, even in Pride Subaru technically "beat" Reinhardt by simply breaking his spirit which was easier than beeaking his body. Although I am fairly certain that eventually Subaru would have been able to kill Reinhardt one way or another given enough deaths. Afterall, in an infinite amount of time and options Subaru will with 100% certainty find a way to kill Reinhardt, it is inevitable.
