WHAT DOES THE LOVE OF A REAL MAN LOOK LIKE by RC Blakes

In this YouTube video, RC Blakes discusses what a real man's love looks like and how it can benefit both men and women. He focuses on the importance of understanding and recognizing authentic love in order to avoid falling for counterfeit versions. Blakes emphasizes the need for women to know the qualities and behaviors of a loving man and the impact their responses to that love can have. He mentions that dysfunctional love patterns can be learned from past examples or the absence of positive role models, leading to the breaking of relationships. Blakes stresses the responsibility of men to love, protect, and defend womanhood, acknowledging past mistreatment of women and the need to rectify it. He covers several aspects of genuine love, including pursuit and devotion, affirmation and appreciation, sacrifice, respect and honor, emotional intimacy and companionship, and protection. Blakes also addresses how women can unintentionally sabotage a man's love by not recognizing or responding properly to it. He concludes by encouraging therapy and personal growth to heal from past experiences and better understand healthy relationships.

When a man loves you he:
1. Pursues and is devoted to you
2. Affirms, appreciates, and cherishes you
3. Sacrifices for you
4. Treats you with respect, honor, and as an equal partner
5. Wants to spend time with you outside of the bed (emotional intimacy/companionship)
6. Grows with you
7. Is very protective (not controlling)

I am a Muslim woman from the UK. I grew up with a very angry and violent father, then lived with a narcissistic husband for decades. following my divorce I am finding peace and perspective. Thank you for guiding me and my friends. we just never got this type of sage affirmation, guidance and support.

I’ve been listening to you for at least 4 years…got married 2 years ago. A lot of what you taught got me ready to be in the mindset of a wife. I love your videos and they bring me to tears because I do have an amazing and supportive husband. Thank you for sharing your message, I don’t know where I’d be today without it!❤

Hearing this made me realize in all my 44 years, I haven’t experienced real love from a man. This is sad but I thank God for Pastor RC Blake’s teachings. ❤

Date to marry the father you wanted, not the father you had.

I agree with this entire video. I was fortunate to have an amazing father who loved my mother until his last breathe. Although my mom worked, he took care of her. He was her peace. They never had issues. He never cheated, disrespected her or swore at her. My mom took good care of my dad and submitted to him. They both valued each other and were a blessing to each other. Neither one lacked bc of the other. Even being both sick as they got older, sacrificed for each other. It’s very difficult for me to settle with any man bc of witnessing the example I had as a father. And it is also very disappointing to me witnessing what I see in men today.

Here’s what I learned: Pursuit + Devotion, Affirmation + Appreciation, Sacrifice, Respect + Honor (values as equal partner), Emotional Intimacy + Companionship (time outside of bed), Grows with you: Equally Yolked(mutual evolution), and finally Protective(not toxic masculine manipulation) I loved this video and this will help me make a very important decision.

This morning I was just remembering so many actions that were hurtful -- nothing physical, but no support. No protection. No covering. Thank you Pastor Blakes for your obedience to the Lord.

I never experience love of my father, no affection, no attention, no conversation, no protection. I attract men who ignore me and won't show love or affection. If they do, it doesn't continue or is short lived. Its hard to find or even accept love that feels uncomfortable when you want it so desperately but are always in fear of losing it.

This video comes at a time when I’ve been questioning my worth as a woman bc I’ve never been poured into by a good man. It’s a struggle to not be depressed but God’s grace is bountiful and we are blessed to have your ministry, thank you pastor ❤

I was married 41 years and he never loved me. These teachings are strengthening the insecurities he instilled in me. He passed away 3 yrs ago.

This sounds like my girlfriend relationship with her husband. She said that she didn't love her husband at first, but the way he treated her she felled in loved with him. She said that he was good for her by doing things for her. She said that when they start having children they came to an agreement that they children would come first and now they had been married over 40 years. I was there to witness up and downs but they made it through the hard times. She said that she fears no woman and that sounds like true love under a solid rock.❤❤️❤️

I was with a really good man who never lied to me, never betrayed me and was always there for me but because I came from a broken home with a highly narcissistic father I thought I did not deserve such love and left the only man who ever loved me...and life showed me that true, authentic love is rare and hard to find and I ended up in an abusive relationship with a man who lied to me and betrayed me ...something I was used to as a little girl...I know that I have to heal first from my childhood trauma before I can ever get back into a relationship with a good man😊
