It's funny, because they do this to eachother and other animals as well. Whether it's to scare them or get a reaction, they know exactly what they're doing.

When Juna was having fun trying to scare every kid, tis little girl wearing leopard prints was having fun being scared....Juna just got bewildered by her reaction 😂so funny 😅

I worked at the Cleveland Zoo for 30 years. Don't ever underestimate animals. We had a lion named Charlie who demanded the respect that the King of the Beasts deserves. Inevitably people would bend down when seeing him in his cage(including me) and say something like "aren't you beautif.." when he'd let out a roar that would make your knees weak. Our beloved Timmy the gorilla obviously took great pleasure in waiting until a row of people lined up when he'd quickly shuffle over and pound the thick glass. I admit, its pretty funny to see a bunch of humans simultaneously hop back 3 feet. Oh, the memories. Most of them were as sweet as saints.
