Sony A7Rii | MY SETTINGS

Hello! So I thought I'd go through the settings I use on my Sony A7Rii as some of you guys asked!

Heres a list of the times:

- Stills: 1:32
- APS-C for Stills: 2:44
- Video: 4:28
- Camera mode/ Focusing: 7:00
- Buttons: 7:46
- APS-C for Video: 8:23
- Zebra/ Focus Peaking: 9:54
- White Balance: 11:47

the high Dynamic Range of the Sony a7 +++ models is just INSANE !!

24p is probably not the best setting for the UK mate. Our power supplies run at 50htz, which means with certain lights you'll get flashing. The states is 60htz, hence the 24p (or 23.976). I guess you lose the 60p though which is annoying, and switching between ntsc and pal is really dodgy as it can format your card..

Hi question? I got the A7Rll but whenever i shoot a video at night time is showing a lots of snowing images when open up in a big tv screen? Maybe some functioning I didn’t set it up right? Please help! Thanks

Hello, good video. I wanted to know if the setting of 120fps in full HD is due to the update? Because in Sony's web page says you can use 120fps only in 720p. Greetings

Audio levels are adjustable on the a7R II in movie mode, but it doesn't look like manual controls such as shutter speed are available in movie mode. How do you handle this when recording audio while filming?

you under expose slog2? I've always been under the impression you're supposed to over exposed by 2 stops and bring down in post?

Great videos mate, quick question, do which to use PAL vs NTSC as a standard? im from the UK and im pulling my hair out on which to use as im told its a regional thing and that it can be affected by frequency of some light sources?

Mate quick question, been testing out so many different styles in terms of shutter sped when working with the different frame rates can I ask for example when your shooting in 60fps in your "cinematic slow mo mode" are you just using the 180 degree rule and same for when shooting in the 4k 24fps are you shooting at the 180'degree rule also!!??

Hello... With the A7Rii, when I am shooting video in any of the auto-focus modes, whether in movie mode or manual mode, I am getting some unacceptable strobing. The subject stays very sharp, but if you look at the edges of the frame, you see strobing, as if the camera is continuously autofocusing. This does not happen in manual focus mode. Am I missing something? One reason I purchased this camera was for the excellent autofocusing/face tracking, etc when shooting video.
