Love this Laura, thank you for sharing. Being there in Dec 2024 with you and getting "word" about a very recent discovery makes this even more exciting to hear what 2025 will bring. ❤

Something I have found to be mind blowing about Egypt, is that I am a direct descendant (at least 5 times so far, maybe more) of an entire line of almost every one of the most well known Pharaohs/Queens going all the way back to Pre-dynastic Egypt. Hatshepsut is the only one I have yet to find in the mix. I'm even a descendant of Queen Cleopatra and Mark Antony.

Hopefully this video will shed more light on their stories!

Addendum: This was fascinating. Thank you for sharing!

(I always feel a bit conflicted over the digging up of human graves. People don't generally want to be dug up and grave robbed, and it's become widely accepted as being just fine to do it in Egypt, and I think it's illegal in a lot of other places. That always seems kind of wrong to me. Of course the way humanity is now a days some one would do it and sell it off anyway. Sad. All of the effort they made to be buried/ laid to rest a certain way and they are not being left the way they wished. I love Egyptology, and I find that part to be disturbing.)
