I am one of those people who disobeys the garlic rule... When the recipe says 2 cloves of garlic, I use fifteen because I am a garlic fiend. LOL

1)Least possible use of olive oil
2)More use of green 🍃 basils...



This guy and the recipie both are awesome unlike other recipes which use a hell lot of oil

This looks Amazing! Love that he put the stems from the basil in from start. This must go great with a nice cured ham. Wierd that this is the first time i see Akiz Petretzikis... I watch and follow alot of food channels here on Youtube. This guy has (while i am watching this) Exactly 421`000 followers. Thats alot! I really love Italian food! I want to live in Italy! Everyone is so high on the food. With all the rights! Like: You have never tasted Bolognese until you tasted my grandmothers! And most likely whoever would say this is right! Italians care ALOT about taste, and have done so for thousands of years. While Italians was putting Parmesan cheese on their pasta, we put tree-bark into our bread-dough to fill our stomacs more. We ate to live. They lived to eat! I am from Sweden but live in Norway.
