I used to spend $400 per month on groceries😅. But I also never ate out, and would stress eat during the work week, on top of working out everyday. I have no clue how much I spend on groceries right now. I'll have to calculate, but it's significantly less, as I don't really eat as much as I used to.

I'm truly happy you are enjoying this beautiful city but I hope you are supportive of progressive policies that will make Portland more affordable for locals. It's heartbreaking how many people born and raised in Maine have been shoved to the outskirts due to rising prices. Now that you are a resident and able to vote in local Portland elections I hope your vote supports locals, not out-of-state investors turning Portland into AirBnB-land.
