At 13:00 you start adding details by rotating the brush. How do you rotate the brush like that? Is it a photoshop setting shortcut or a feature of your drawing screen?

Great tutorial and I think this type of content could really be like a bob ross tutorial to a lot of people.
There is one thing that I would improve on if I may give a tip
You say things like: I establish the horizon line
What would this mean to a newb? nothing.
where do you put your line? why do you put it where you do? how high or low do you need to put it and what effect does that have on the composition and final image?

You also say things like: establishing shapes and creating relationships with values and shapes. Again, this would mean nothing to a newb!
Instead, you could say something like: Using lighter values for the background since they pick up more of the sky color. the foreground is always dark and contrasty because that's how light behaves in real life. Additionally, you can also start describing shapes by putting highlights on places where direct sunlight would hit.

If you bring it in an easy to grasp and understandable way to the viewer you will open your channel up to a broader audience
