Love you Ron, never stop doing what you're doing. Also, your eye area is phenomenal for having 8 teeth removed. Goes to show that there is always a solution and to never give up.

Agree with you about this stuff! My mom breast fed my older sister for a little bit and my sister has a more foreword shaped face. Whereas my Mom didn’t breastfeed me at all and I have a flatter face. My sister had a nice wide upper palate with a huge gap between her front teeth. They all came in nice and straight with no need for braces. Since I didn’t learn the proper way to suckle, I ended up with a very narrow palate which resulted in overcrowding of my teeth and needing braces.
I saw a few mewing videos for the first time a couple of years ago. I didn’t do it because I thought I was too old. But a few months ago, I watched a video by Dr. John Mew. He explained that the bones in the face weren’t fixed in place until a person is in their 70s.
So I decided to try it out and keep it up. But I really had a hard time since my upper palate was so narrow and I felt like my tongue was too big. I thought why not gently push my thumb up on my
palate. So on a few days a week and a few times a day (usually after washing my hands), I have been doing this and it worked! I now have room for my tongue up there. I also can tell that my teeth aren’t as crowded because it is easier to floss. And I am in my mid 50s!
I do think it’s a crime what these companies promote for profit. My Mom said women were pressured into using formula rather than breastfeeding their babies. I was allergic to the formula and had to drink soy milk. I really doubt if I would have been allergic to my own mother’s breast milk.
Anyway, I do find the way mewing changes the bones of the face fascinating!

Definitely think there’s a link between modern footwear -> poor body posture -> poor tongue posture -> small jaws.

Another violation. Poor neck posture from sitting in school without proper back support and no posture requirement or instruction. Looking down at cell phones for hours a day.

Interesting video, interested on the "science" behind it. All my children were home births, breastfed and majority of the foods they eat is grown/raised on our property. All were born with tongue ties, that were corrected by the time they finished breastfeeding. My older children have not had issues with their wisdom teeth coming in. They all spoke early and had a complex dialect, because we spoke to them like a person and not in the cooing baby dialect. Mankind was able to reproduce and survive long before "science" and the industrial and tech revolutions. My POV is, mankind needs to cast aside most of it's modernization and return to their more primitive roots.

So are we doomed if we get them removed? I have had all 4 removed. Hearing that I will lose forward growth sucks :(. What can I do to prevent sinking and grow my face forward? Thoughts on bone grafts+ implants??

The primary issue with all of these symptoms of modernity, is that you will never convince the populace to go back. It's just not going to happen. But what we can do, is spread awareness and optimize our soft 21st century lives.

Your shoulder complex is designed to make your head tilt the correct way. Try to tilt your head up and forward with your shoulders set back and straight. Its so uncomfortable that you cant do it

The movie theaters putting the screen above our eyes also causes bad neck posture because you have to look up, meaning less tongue pressure on the roof of the mouth

I was breastfed as a baby. I had 6 teeth removed for my orthodontic treatment because I inherited a week lower jaw from my fathers side. Would functional appliances in my childhood made my jaw big enough to accommodate all my teeth? Possibly. Do I miss these teeth? Not really. I don’t snore and the remaining teeth are big and now straight.
I’m glad there are different ways to correct minor deficiencies at any age🤗

Not related to jaws directly but i noticed most people have a moderate to slight knocked knees or bowed legs, that’s something to think about

So the bite is super important and how even your teeth hit especially molars. My wisdom teeth hit before any other teeth and makes my bite uneven. Should I remove them idk what to do. It’s killing my posture

So should I remove my impacted wisdom teeth or not if I don't have big enough jaw for it?
