I felt like an idiot thinking the 480p and 720p pictures look the same, the I remembered my screen is 420p.

theres now a new resolution called 144p. its meant for cell phones or people who dont have the best internet connection to watch videos.

Video’s only available in 360p and 720p for me

once you hit 360 and 480 there isn't much left to do to make it look better
