Also, the fact that this game gives you that many options is crazy.

The most nervewracking parts of watching you guys play Backrooms games is watching your flashlight battery tick down when you haven't noticed yet

IGP wasting his flashlight and wandering off at literally every possible chance is the most pure essence of new guy lol. It was so perfect, imagine no clipping into the backrooms while in the backrooms.

Taking time to list all the things they did right
1. Option to just leave
2. See your own body
3. Option to skip tutorial
4. A very realistic tutorial I can believe.
5. the very edges of your screen warp with the opening of the threshold!
6. it punished IGP for wandering around like an idiot XD
7. They give you an option to do the horror movie mistake or GTFO, lol.

Damn, I have immense respect for the creator! A game where choices really do matter, with each possible intersection sending you down an entirely different path! They could've just taken it easy, and make a linear game where the "Don't get separated from the team" would simply mean no possibility to get separated from them, no alternate path, yet they went above and beyond, with at least 3 "scenarios", each with branching paths, and technically more endings! I cannot wait to see the game updated and truly finished!

The hill level was crazy! Almost perfectly describes one of my biggest fears or something that makes me uncomfortable. A town that is “fake” with a bunch of mannequins, but when it turns to night, everything turns against you. The loud sound when the sky turns on and off is insanely creepy indicating that the place is huge and that there are tons of entities everywhere.

Man so uncanny how he wonders off and the guy is like "hey where's you go" I thought it was a cut scene he was missing but he turns back and he's suddenly lost lmao I had goosebumps it also means it's purposely placed there.

My immediate reaction to hearing Bryon voice was to not trust it. I literally said out loud “that’s not Bryon that is clearly a trap” because I’ve watched so many creatures having the ability to mimic voices of people they heard or killed.

this might have been pointed out already, but there's a blink and you miss it moment at 52:28. the date jumps ahead ELEVEN YEARS and then back to 1994. don't yell at me if someone already noticed this lol

I'm glad that the other characters got some time to shine. I love games that actually bother to make the side characters interesting. And for a Dreams game, this is incredible!

38:16 I am being genuine when I say this is one of the first Backrooms levels that actually gave me goosebumps and made me terrified. The sheer sound alone of night coming accompanied with the flickering sky gives me a feeling like no other before.

Its little things like the reverb IGP adds to his voice in post for when he is wandering the garage in 21:40 that keeps me coming back, love the attention to detail 🔥

The editing is top notch. Makes me hope that IGP could have some sort of narrative role on a creative project one day.
