As always with my hiit workouts, I like to show the low impact cardio modifications for every jumping exercise. So please share this cardio workout to taylor swift with everyone since it is for all fitness levels!
NOTE: Please pause if you need to rest! Do not feel ashamed for having to take a rest or slow down. There are also modifications for the jumping exercises in case you would rather swap out one of the HIIT exercises for the no jumping version.

20 MINUTE TAYLOR SWIFT CARDIO WORKOUT DETAILS:
3 MIN WARM-UP:
- 30 seconds back-to-back
- 6 exercises
- 30 second break before workout
15 MIN HIIT WORKOUT:
- 45 seconds on
- 15 seconds off
- no repeat exercises
3 MIN COOL DOWN:
- 30 seconds back-to-back
- 6 exercises
- all floor exercises
