I know the reason it may be taking hours for some people (if they get the jackpot at all) and not for others, you can only win the jackpot if it’s at AND if the bunny girl to the left of the roulette table (standing next to the jackpot chips) says “I feel someone will win soon” when you talk to her! If she doesn’t keep resting at the inn (can take many times resting) until she says it! You will NEVER win the jackpot otherwise and will be there forever! When she says someone will win soon do the above strategy (can still take about 20 mins) but you win the jackpot!

I'm not this far in the game yet but it's nice knowing that just like dq8(both versions I'd assume), 11 also allows you to amass alot tokens on roulette far more easier compared to the other casino games except 11 does it better. Alternative method: I ditched this method after not getting jackpot, there's another method where after you talk to Bunny Girl and she says that she's feeling lucky that someone will land the jackpot or whatever, if you put the maximum bet (2000) on ONLY 12 and 14, and keep spinning that, you're likely to get a jackpot. It worked for me after about 30 minutes or so of doing that

There's another way to earn a lot of money that's even better than selling Sage's Elixer's. In the First Forest area, get into a battle with the Hooper Doopers. With Erik in your party, have him use Half-Inch and steal from them. You'll get an item called a Devilry Drinker which sells for 30, 000 gold coins a piece. I sold over 25 and managed to get up to 1 million gold coins. Then I splurged on tokens at the Casino. I'll have to try this method next time I play.
