Regardless of location, based on the setting in this scene (looks to be somewhere in the South Western desert like in the actual Breaking Bad) Robert deadass drove halfway across the country just to cook some crystal and that is absurdly hilarious.

I know people think Season 4 isn't that good. But honestly I absolutely love this episode, Stinkmeaner: Begun the Clone Wars Have, and Freedom Ride or Die.
