I believe if you have the power of the EFI and the Itanium architecture, you could enjoy using the Windows Server 2003 on this hardware. Because these CPUs are server CPUs, predating Xeons. Itanium was created for this. But it was a separate architecture from the x86 lineup, so Xeon came with an x86-64 architecture. And I believe this edition of XP was served as a stopgap, before W2k3 hit the market.
