To answer your question towards the start, I originally had the Extras Pack inside the main XP Delta ISO when I was in the final stages of testing Beta 2, but I moved it to its own ISO so people find it easier. XP Delta currently doesn't fit on a single CD, but version 1.0.2 should be able to once I release it.

I had the opportunity to use Windows XP media center edition, it is a fairly rare edition because it was released on very little support,
only towers called "Intel VIIV" and laptops "Intel centrino duo" could have this edition but this was not necessarily the case,
hence its rarity!! really great video!

that animation at welcome screen isn't like that in Original Windows XP because welcome screen is different because this is a Beta Edition (Beta)

Looks like the hard-drive might be a standard 2.5 IDE drive but inside a special enclosure/bracket/adapter thing. Does the metal box come apart? You'll probably find the actual drive inside it. Tons of old laptops like these had them mounted in stuff like this to make swapping them easier and such. I have an HP laptop from 2008 I got from pawn shop for $5 and that one used a simple mounting bracket with a special adapter on the end to convert the SATA ports into something else to make it's mount location more practical. (They also use stuff like this as an excuse to make proprietary parts that unwitting customers would go to Dell to upgrade/replace) You should be able to remove the old drive from the adapter box and put in a replacement.

As for the unexplained disk activity. I think XP has Resource Monitor. Should find it in Administrator tools. Normally you could access it from a tab in task manager in Windows 7 and later but I forget how XP handled that. From there you can see what process/service is causing all that disk activity. ;)

Please, are these Delta Editions based on the Professional Editions of Windows? Thank you very much. I am hoping so, since I think that the Professional ones have more safety features, security features, and other features which aren't in the Home Edition ones.

Zune was a theme they released to promo their zune media player back in the day, Microsoft’s failed answer on the ipod. It had nothing to do with longhorn 😅

Hi, do you know if it’s possible to install Windows XP Delta Edition on a Modern Computer? Can it be installed from a USB stick or an SD Card?

Not enough RAM is why the hard drive is thrashing

I doubt you install MS-DOS without the ISO.

Windows XP Delta Edition is not official from Microsoft, so I'm assuming you're pirating!
