I have been trying and trying to find a job but there is just nothing here in Alberta. Lord knows I've tried, My EI runs out in April so this comes as a major relief.

This is good news. I'm not without a job, but with childcare, my time is greatly limited. If things hold steady, I might be able to send my younger kid to daycare by summer, but until then I'm stuck at home most of the time during the week, and then fighting to get as many service calls squeezed in during the weekend, along with shopping.

I always go to your channel for accurate info that always gives me relief, , I found a job back in October but just got let go because I took too many sick days... I was sick with Covid for almost month and endured a lung infection too, I did not call in 2 times in a row because I was so sick and more so concerned about my health and was also in the hospital ... Keep up the great work, nice to see your channel grow so fast in the last 6/7 months... GREAT JOB BUDDY!

Please someone help, when I complete my reports every two weeks, the website gives me this notification: “I declare that the answers provided to the questions on the employment insurance online are true” but I have received some emails talking about CERB. For example this one : “We are writing to inform you about your Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) paid by Service Canada through the Employment Insurance (EI) program” . My question is, where am I? CERB or EI? I’m so confused!
