Q&A:

1. Why are MOST of your Apple Watches at 100%?

• I collect Apple Watches and enjoy storing them to conduct a battery test every year. Due to this, I purchase duplicates of Apple Watches, storing one away while using the other as my daily driver. Currently, I have two Apple Watch Ultra 2 devices, with one stored away to maintain its battery percentage.

2. Why don’t you have data on the Series 2 or older models?

• They run on much older watchOS versions that do not support displaying the battery health percentage to users.

My Apple Watch series 2 died in 2020. The battery expanded and popped the display off the front. Just a few days ago finally bought the S9 45mm watch and I love it. Glad to see the battery is significantly improved

I've been a heavy user of my S6 and found that software updates have improved battery, especially after initial versions so that's been great. It charges very quickly from my solar battery (lol) helped me with during sick times too, oxygen tracker was interesting as I shifted to nose breathing.

Would really appreciate if you can test battery life between watchOS 9 vs 10. Still hesitant to update the OS due to reports of seemingly poorer battery life on 10.

my 5 year old Series 4 is still so solid, not the fastest watch and you can feel it's aging.
Conidering it only needs to do small simple tasks it really does well

thank you Apple

Had my SE2 for a couple of months now, and I was actually sort of thinking it had better battery life since updating to WatchOS 10, but I didn’t think it’d be this improved!

Very useful, thankyou! I’m still using a series 2 and it’s going strong. Recording 5 or 6 gym sessions or runs a week with no problems, just need to charge before bed. Will likely be getting the 10 when released though!

My Series 3 has shown longer battery life after 3 years of owning. I think updates have improved it. Lasts nearly two days.

Thanks very helpful video I had watch 4 and I was. Considering to change battery but based on your video now I am considering to go to SE2 instead of changing battery as it’s battery change isn’t worth it
