Fly Fishing tropical saltwater estuaries can turn up a plethora of species, but knowing what sort of leader setup you need to capture them can be daunting... especially for those new to fly fishing.

In this video, we take a look at how I set up my saltwater fly fishing leader... it's much simpler than you think! It also has plenty of fly fishing action, including a selection of tropical species. From mangrove jack and bream to archerfish and trevally, there's plenty of variety for everyone in this video.

It's only an addiction if you want to give it up... Catch Ya!

This is exactly how fly fishing and fishing in general should be! Absolute fun and laughing while you’re missing fish.
I’ve moved from the UK to Perth, WA and found this video because I miss my fly fishing.
Absolutely inspired to go back out. Great video 👍🏼

Nice work mate, nothing beats tying your own flies and seeing them work🎉

You would never go hungry with the amount of fish you land thats for sure. Reminds me of the old saying "Give a man a fish you'll feed him for a day"

🌴 great video showing species being caught in Down under, looks like you have the same species of mangrove trees that jump out and grab your leader 😄, it’s cooled down a bit in the Tampa Bay Area in Florida, still catching fish but it slowed them down, it’s time to sit down and do some fly tying and a hot cup of coffee, cheers 👍🏼 11:07 pm
