I really enjoyed watching this plan with me video, perhaps more so than your previous Plan With Me vids. I enjoy hearing your thought process, and watching you do it in real time, where everything isn’t absolutely perfect. It seems more relatable for those of us who screw up writing within a box, or w/e. *cough* (me) Thanks for trying this. Please do whichever one you prefer. I’ll watch them all. 😊 Exercise related: Is there anything you enjoy doing where you move your body? Dancing? Skating? Stretching? Try doing that instead. Sounds like Pilates is more of a chore, so of course you’re going to avoid it. ♥️ ♥️

I have a recommendation for you! You should go to settings control center then turn on hearing, then press on it and chose a sound like streams, rivers, and more it’s really nice because while your journaling you can just hear a peaceful sound and just help you relax! I love your Chanel I am looking forward to journaling once I get my new iPad Air with more storage! Thank you for all the recommendations!❤❤❤
