Fried pumpkin: how to prepare a quick and tasty side dish to try

INGREDIENTS
500g of pumpkin
500ml (2 cups) of milk
100g (3/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
50g (1/2 cup) of panko breadcrumbs
Pepper
Thyme
Rosemary
Salt
2 beaten eggs
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into slices first then into halves.
2. Pour the milk into the pot, add the pumpkin slices and cook for a few minutes.
3. Mix the breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and salt to prepare the mixture for coating.
4. Dip each pumpkin slice into the eggs and then coat each slice with the previously prepared breadcrumbs mixture.
5. Fry the pumpkin slices in hot oil until they are golden brown on each side.
