Command i use here to fix error we couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one windows 10 :
diskpart
list disk
select disk 0 where 0 is the number of your disk
clean
Create partition primary size=50000 Where 50000 means 50 GB of disk space (you choose the size as per your convenience)
Format fs=ntfs quick
Assign
Active
List volume

I put size=50000 not 5000, and it created 50GB partition. When i put 5000 it was only 5GB and i run out of space while files were copying. After that it worked fine.

Commenting because it might be useful for someone, i saw couple of people saying that

Maybe this could help some others that are stuck: After I did this process and restarted, at the partition screen it still would not let me choose any partitions. I hit the "refresh" button at the bottom left of the list and also deleted the partition that was created during the video. Then it allowed me to select the partition for my SSD and the install went smoothly after that. Not sure which of these extra steps did the trick but I'm glad it did! 1:55 here you did a mistake of making space of 5000mb instead of 50, 000mb. Because 5000mb = 5gb and 50, 000mb = 50gb. Hope this helps you guys

I believe the issue is an old school standard MBR partition table type. Windows 10 needs the new GPT. Windows 10 Setup is really stupid to not display an error telling you this problem. I believe you could simply follow his directions but stop after "clean" deletes the existing MBR partition. Windows 10 Setup will proceed and create its own partition of full size, without needing to worry about "size=5000" etc.

Delete all the partitions click on a disk without partitions and hit next

It I had some issues with it saying it needs to be gpt. Straight AFTER you do the “clean” command type “ convert gpt” then proceed as normal! It’s finally working I can sleep happy knowing my games are installing overnight
