The number of people here making up their own stories like they were involved in the breakup is hilarious. Nobody knows what happened in the relationship or the reason for them breaking up, and with all due respect, it's not anyone's business or right to give their 2 cents. I also want to point out that Taylor and Joe both met during a time when Taylor wasn't necessarily at her peak of fame. She was basically universally hated for something she didn't know (throwback to the Kim and Kanye situation, with the voice recording and stuff). The reason she felt safe with Joe was because he didn't care about her reputation, and liked her for her personality and character. At the time, Taylor probably wanted to keep her life private, probably mainly because of the amount of hate she was getting. Those feelings might've changed now, her feelings on privacy probably changed or the spotlight on him may have felt overwhelming (which is perfectly fine, either way) and they may have not shared the same stance on privacy anymore. People grow and views change, and if you don't share that same connection with someone anymore or realize you don't have much in common, then it's perfectly fine to part ways. But it's extremely disrespectful and illogical to put the blame on either person when we have no idea of knowing that they did something wrong. Fame is hard to handle.
