if the glows moves when you move your head they its likely IPS glow - if it doesn't, and makes blacks look yellow then its likely BLB. I went through 3 of these monitors before I settled on an AW3821DW - which is gorgeous!!

Looks like IPS glow.
Bleed is normally yellow.

Is is this BLB? some ppl said this is monitor glow. I really do not understand. But, my monitor looks similar to yours except mine most lights parts come out from the right-bottom corner.
