In terms of impact of the Google update, I've seen some posts in FB groups about people losing 60-70% of their traffic since the rollout.

I haven't experience any significant difference. When I compare my stats from April 8-April 12 vs April 1-April 5 (aka the previous week), I show a slight increase in traffic on each day.

In the short-term, I am going to focus more on information articles and only link to AMZN products that are helpful. I may write some product review type posts in a couple months after things settle down, but for now I'm just maintaining status quo on that front.

What's the say of Google for other websites like short contents! According to Google's team, everybody should write 10K+ bullshit words for a product after this update!!!
