Former photography experience makes me certain taking photos and referencing them is an effective visual memory trick. I remember alot of what I shot in great detail, even things I shot once and threw away. I think it’s more about how you’re looking at something. I believe it’s the act of consciously trying to take the information even if you only do it once seems to register alot more to the memory.
