Patrick demonstrates a rope climbing foot-locking technique. This particular foot-clocking technique is snug and secure and takes pressure off of the upper body. It's a tremendous technique to use for Obstacle Course races where you might be little tired or the rope might be a little wet or muddy. Try doing the foot-locking technique first by lying on your back. Once you're comfortable just try hanging low to the ground and practice from there. Have fun!
