'Matter of Survival' by Kristy Moreno at Thinkspace Gallery

Based in Montana and starting as a brick factory, Archie Bray is the leading ceramic residency program in the United States, and houses some of the best ceramic artists around. I found about about Kristy Moreno through Archie Bray. She had a solo show at Thinkspace Gallery called "Matter of Survival". She presented works focused on imagined personas of a radicalized future. One of my favorite details in Kristy's work is her characters eye make up. Coupled with her outfits her feminine characters look like Superhero Rockstar's.
