Using sugar in spaghetti sauce is great especially when I don’t have all day to simmer my sauce. A little when I have all day to simmer a little more when I don’t. It’s great! Give it a try! ❤ I wonder if I came over and snuck in at mealtime since you have so many of maybe I could blend in and go unnoticed. So far everything i have seen you cook looks fantastic! ❤

As a NYC 100% Italian, I approve. Spices can vary depending on preference, but you got this!! The extra oomph!! I love x virg olive oil. The sugar is used to counter acidity. I dislike sugar added, sometimes ill throw a carrot chunk in there to decrease acidity. Alot of peeps like sweet sauce but i don't. Just preference. Kudos to peppers and onions!! 😊 love yr fam and channel ❤

Try a few jiggers of worcestershire sauce in your mix. It will add some background to your dish. Looks Good❤

If you like garlic, use extra with turkey. It pairs so well! Fresh garlic gives it a really seasoned taste.
