It's easier to mix them all up in a bowl and then pour them in the Pan that way they all cook evenly

Tons of respect to you for feeding 11. I just personally think it’s worth it to whip the eggs in a bowl first with a little milk or water. They come out nice and fluffy.

A good Mama. I add butter and a sploosh of half n half, few chives. Eggs go further and really fluffy.

Just a suggestion, crack all in a bowl first, then you won't have some fully cooked whites, before you even get to scrambling the rest.

Trick : use half the eggs and add water it stretches it. You'll thank me later. Someone taught me 😂

Try cracking the eggs in a container, adding seasonings and whipping them then add to a buttered hot pan.

I heard a chef say you should never use a metal utensil on a cast iron skillet as it will scrape off the seasoning protection you put on it.

Girl....so much easier and fluffier if you'd mix them in a bowl in advance. Taste better too as the seasonings distribute evenly.

To each their own, but I couldn’t eat scrambled eggs with big junks of cooked whites in them. I’ve made breakfast for a huge family too, and I have big mixing bowls just for this type of thing.
