You've recently said you're not satisfied with your leg work. While I think it still looks good what helped me for normal breast swimming is to lock my knees together (rubber band or something). That helps keeping the knees up. Dipping the upper legs too low or wide is what causes the most resistance. Especially if youre on the thicker side like me haha
So for my ideal technique I keep the upper legs as streamline as possible and do the most movement with my lower legs.
