thanks but this doesn't resolve my issue... My mobile says I'm out of the office, and desk app says i'm online, but everybody is telling me i'm OOO... I 'reset' the status on both places and it doesn't work.

I am unable to see a status at all in Outlook, it just does not show anything. I tried the fix in your video but still no help.

My status is stuck as Out Of Office. After resetting, it's showing Available, Out Of Office.

On my mine I had to click the offline status. Then click the option Duration (with a clock emoji next time to it) in the drop down bar. After that I set the status to Busy and changed the time for the status reset. It worked but I had to do this 2 times 😅

This didn’t help, but what did help is signing out and signing back in.

Hi Thanks for the tip, it worked on my laptop but on my phone and ipad this tip isn't working pls help
