Step 1) Restart the system
Step 2) Allow Microsoft Teams to your antivirus program, controlled folder access and firewall
Step 3) Delete the cache files: %appdata%\Microsoft
Blob_storage
Cache folder
Databases folder
GPUCache folder
IndexedDB folder
Local Storage folder
tmp folder

It worked for me when I followed below steps

1. Install teams
2. Right click the desktop shortcut
3. Troubleshoot Compatibility
4. Follow further steps by clicking next
5. Finally got a message that issue is fixed

Thank you so much, I did the second step and it started working. Once you finish step 2 and then launch the Teams. It will ask you if you want a windows firewall to allow it. Just click allow and you are set. You need not do step 3. Appreciate the help.

I tried the below steps. Its Working in my windows 10 Pro.

Steps:
1.go to your desktop--> right click on Teams app --> Properties --> Compatibility --> run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 8.
