I've tried all this and I still have the same problem.. when I join a meeting it connects then after 3 seconds it disconnects and no matter how many times I try it keeps doing it and I created a ms teams account and tried to login on the app and straight after the get started section it has a pop up saying it can't finish the user info and only has a log out and retry buttons witch retry just does nothing helpful and log out logs it out... I'm using a Nokia android 11 go phone.. and it's super important I fix it as teams appointments are a weekly thing for my job network appointments and if I don't attend I loose my government assistance payments

I tried everything you suggested and the app won't let me log in, I keep getting the "sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in, please try again" error message. I have no trouble logging into the desktop app though, I need the android app for work.
