Does the fear of judgment and criticism paralyze you? Whether you admit it or not, the FEAR of judgement is a shared human experience we ALL have...

In today's episode, I confront one of the most pervasive fears on the path to success—the fear of judgement or aka... HATERS.

I am going to help you dismantle the myths around this fear, differentiate between destructive hate and constructive criticism, and reveal how you can transform even the harshest feedback into fuel for your personal and professional growth.

I'm breaking down the Five Stages of Progress and how each one interacts with criticism, from being invisible to becoming a target of envy. You'll learn to differentiate between someone who wants to pull you down and someone offering golden nuggets of truth that could propel you forward.

Here’s what you'll learn:

Understanding Critics and Haters: Recognizing the difference between those who aim to pull you down and those offering constructive criticism that could propel you forward.

The Five Stages of Success: Learn each stage's unique challenges and opportunities, including how to gracefully transition from being unseen to being criticized, and eventually, to using all experiences as stepping stones.

Embracing Criticism: How to accept feedback without letting it dent your self-esteem, and the importance of staying coachable and open to growth.

Join me as we learn to not just block out the noise but to listen selectively and act decisively, turning potential distractions into powerful lessons. This isn't just about silencing the critics—it's about thriving amidst them.

It’s time to shift your perspective on haters and critics and start seeing them as part of your journey to a successful, maxed-out life. #MAXOUT!

"Haters are a good problem to have. Nobody hates the good ones. They hate the great ones." Kobe Bryant
There's nothing to hate about you, Ed. You're simply amazing!

“Nobody that is making fun of you is doing better than you”. You could probably have just left it there with a great pause……Just let that sink in. Great stuff Ed.

As an empath, I feel everything and everyone. Learning energy management really helped me with taking criticism. It’s like water on duck feathers

Dealing with haters involves staying calm, focusing on your goals, and not taking negativity personally. Respond with kindness, ignore unnecessary criticism, and surround yourself with supportive people who uplift you.

Ed you have some great guest on your show but… when ever you do a solo show I know I’m in for an instant classic and this episode didn’t disappoint! I’ve watched it 5 times. Ty 4 sharing with us. So many of us have been through so much of what you speak on. You just have an absolute brilliant way of simplifying it. Thank you Ed.

Thank you so much for this! My 14 year old grandson is going through this right now. Many kids are jealous of his success right now and I feel he needs to know something more than “they’re just jealous.” You’re absolutely right and you’ve explained it perfectly. Thank you!

One of the most important things someone wise tought me was this. “Thank you for caring enough about me to tell me what I NEED to hear, not what I want to hear.” People that love you tell you what you NEED to hear and fake friends will tell you what you want to hear

31:13 I've come to the conclusion that doing what you honestly believe is right is a source of strength that's a big part of being resilient and the flip side of that is when I believe i've wronged someone, it takes away from that. There is something to be said for a clear conscience. Maybe that goes hand in hand with being a believer. 😁

Everybody should learn from this and my own mistakes. I’m not successful but have more connections than most people and ways of doing things that everyone around me wants. I know the best long used and taken advantage of more then anyone I know. As of last week I put my foot down and will no longer allow those people to get that out of me. I wish them the best but I have to put me first for my own sanity. If you are like me and have gifts and talents that everyone calls you for, then learn to say NO. It’s invigorating and should feel guilt free. Especially if you know how many times they have all said No to you. Success isn’t free and neither are You. I thank God for putting these inspiring videos in mh feed. It helps keep me on track.

It’s not just about ignoring negativity but about filtering out the noise and focusing on feedback that can genuinely help you improve.

the ones that hurt you, are the ones that hurt themselves. Somewhere down the road, someone hurt them or still does. Those folks think by hurting others, they would feel better, but deep down inside they don't enjoy it, and go home hurting, knowing they hurt someone...
