That’s true. I seen a pick-up truck with a clean $7000 bicycle hanging off the back rack without a lock on it at the Costco in the North part of the city last month. You can’t even do that in Canada.

Good Point, but.your TV would still be there in my current community. Being a senior I prefer safety in my neighborhood. I do love some unsafe cities: Los Angeles, NY, Mexico City and others.

Well, an average Mexican knows when a city is safe or not, so there are two reasons, either Merida is safe or the guy who left such a car is stupid
