These are the best instructions for a video without sound that I have ever seen on You Tube, typing the directions on the screen like you have done is extremely helpful and you also allowed enough time between the steps making it easy to follow. VERY WELL DONE  Thank you for sharing

no, usually when you can't drag a picture inside another 1 is just because of the image mode, so go on -image -mode and set RGB Color in both pictures.
by the way be sure you are using the move tool when you drag it and if you read the video infos there is the link for photoshop CS6 with more ways to do it

it is a color mode,
photoshop combine a percentage of red, green and blue to get every color tonality of the picture,
so, if you try to insert a picture that is in RGB Color mode, inside a picture with a different and incompatible color mode, photoshop will not allow you to do it, but if you set the same color mode in both pictures you can do it.
by the way be sure you are using the correct procedure to drag a picture inside another 1

Thank you Thank in PS CS4. I would have to say the difference between many of the upgraded PS programs is minimal.

thanks a lot for the way you make this tutorial so simple to understand.... un-like every other l have seen with too much talk or irrelevant music, this how a tutorial should be. You must be a teacher by profession.... Please also do something with the video editing if you can... Your work is amazing.

select the eraser tool,
right-click on the picture,
click the small arrow in the brushes menu,
go on reset brushes,
now you can see the standard brushes, (hard and soft brushes)

instead of that complicated import of the second image you can just copy and paste.. just copy the second image and go in photoshop and hit Ctrl + V.

you could use layer mask and just mask the parts u dont want on the picture instead of using the eraser tool on the picture.. its non destructive
