Thank you for everything you have done to help grow the EUC community! This was one of the first EUC related channels I found and subscribed to at the start of my EUC journey. Your "tear down" videos helped me countless times and I learned alot along the way so thanks again.
EUC'S can be like the mob "just when you think your out it pulls you back in" so never know.

Either way good luck on your next journey!

For someone who lives 17 miles from their workplace like me, I dont see EUCs falling out of favor for me anytime soon. We have no trains, the bus system is an absolute joke, and very few bike paths. I will keep riding my wheel in the streets, saving money and having fun. I work construction so i have no problems getting exercise. If my euc does 60mph and can get me 40 miles of range, then i dont need public transport, and would rather save the space for people who arent able to use such a transport method like an euc

Sometimes it takes courage to be honest with others,
but not nearly as much as it takes to be honest with yourself.
Good for you brother.

i’m 63 and i’ve snow skied, raced on sailboats, scuba dived, backpacked, played ice hockey, rock climbing and fifteen years of hang gliding. Life is an Adventure It’s okay to try something new! Life is Short. I can’t wait to see what is Next?

Eucs let me explore 100x more than I would otherwise. For that reason alone I can't see myself giving up the activity. I also ride out to places and then hike/climb from there. I've enjoyed the videos! Have fun whatever you do :)

I’ve been a “muscle engine traveller” for quite some time, only discovering EUC in the last 3 years, but never giving up cycling for the very reason you discovered. I have 10 bicycles, and 5 “analog” unicycles, a recumbent trike, and even a high-wheel bicycle with a 58” wheel! I still ride them all. The benefits, as you mentioned, are immense. ALSO, I see that you have access to a nice, slow-moving river, which is excellent for kayaking - you should give it a try! That said, I ride my EUC for one main MISSION. They are the most efficient, simple(non-suspension variety), fully-automated, convenient, micro-mobile vehicle on the planet. The potential for EUCs are HUGE once people cross the barrier on learning how to ride one. My MISSION is to ride everywhere on “EUC days” so I can be seen by everyone, so, as time goes on, people will see that I am still alive, I still run errands year round, and that my transportation is VIABLE. The comments I got 3 YEARS AGO were “I would die on that thing!” The comments I get NOW are “How hard is it to learn to ride?” In the end, I want to show people the optimistic future that I dreamed of as a kid. ***In a current world where the future seems increasingly dark, I am a rebel - a warrior - for the world of light that I imagined.***

Idk man, you do you.
I am forever grateful for you introducing me to the world of EUC's since that fateful day you dropped into my feed.
My sherman OG is still going strong and will probably be with me for many years more even if i would like a wheel with suspension.
EUC is life, i use wherever applicable and i still find time to walk/go to the gym for bodily/health improvement.

This is simply burnout imo. Give it some time and just free yourself for a bit, enjoy life. When you feel ready to ride again, we'll be here watching! Enjoy!

You did a hell of a job after all these years for the EUC community and sincere congratulations on this

Taking back the pleasure of doing and feeling things and whatever is the most important thing

EUC will always be in you....
Thank so much🙏👏👏👏👏👏

Yikes... You just got burnt out. Which is fine. But EUC is not comparable to a bicycle.
You can ride EUC and have a healthy lifestyle at the same time.

I seem to be on the opposite trajectory. I've been bicycle commuting for about as long as you have been into EUC and am awaiting delivery of my first EUC, a Begode Falcon, to augment and maybe even largely replace my bicycle for my commuting. The devil's advocate position here might be that drivers of automobiles and even the public transit methods actually scare me more than the guy arriving with the giant Lithium battery. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have sat on my little bike saddle and looked beside me at the passing car to see the driver themself no more than 8 feet from me (only a couple feet separating me from the edge of their vehicle) while they are clearly staring into their phone and only making occasional glances up at the road. It is terrifying. If you're driving somewhere with your EUC in your trunk, I'm still more afraid of you as a driver, even if I don't outright catch you on your phone.

Perhaps the solution is variety. Maybe the ideal micro mobility solution is a mix of bicycles and PEVs. After a certain point, my body is just not up to the task of cycling any further, and maybe I need to be less sweaty when I arrive for a meeting in a professional workplace.

You're gonna love it

Thank you Adam! It is great to hear your perspective on things. Multi-modal commuting from urban area to another urban area is what got me into micro-mobility over a decade ago. I love driving cars but hate being in traffic for hours. I always offset the lack of physical activity during a commute by going to the gym 4-5 times a week. Cardio and resistance training to maintain aerobic and muscle power is important at any age but definitely as you get into your later years. Micro-mobility at least engages your body to some degree and is far superior than just sitting in a car for hours. It is cool to see your balancing things out for yourself. I think that is the key to a happy life is balancing things out and hitting physical, mental and spiritual goals. I have always enjoyed your videos and wish you more happiness going forward.

Bro the reason u got into it isnt the reason I think most of us did... I FEEL Alive on my EUC ... I enjoy cruising on them & getting a rush... I am 52 yrs old & been there do that & I dont get the feeling on my Bike that I do one my Lynx (insert any euc here.) U dont have aa reliable EUC because u test them to literally break them at extreme levels ... if you rode a 150 dollar bike it would fall apart plus they arent fun like an EuC. I am lost at ur Talk, sounds like me at 20 (not an insult) just you are getting older... & your perspectgive will change over & over as you age... things u liked or thought was important when u are 20-30 will be not where your heart is at when you are 50-60 so bottom line is keep growing but understand get out if you aren't happy.
EuC are here to stay and enjoy it as you live once... a bike is Boring and have done that but maybe you need that to go through it yourself as we all learn what we enjoy as we live... Anyway good day & hope you find what you are looking for.

IDK man, Americans will be watching this video and thinking "What public transit? That bus with homeless ppl that takes 3 hours to get me anywhere". I live in a pretty big town now and while for a 10km ride in the winter might be more comfortable on a tram, waiting 20 minutes to be picked up not so much. Legality and safety is a different issue, make a spot for PEVs that can't be blocked and can get ejected in case of a fire, solved. And there are so many issues with bikes, we are only further in their reliability because bicycles were invented 100 years ago, not 10 years ago like EUCs.

This is really sad for me. I discovered your channel about 5 years ago and you were the main reason why I bought my first EUC 4 years ago. Before that I had 20 000km on the clock of my MTB bike so I know very well how much better is EUC for city or long range commuting. EUC also cure my back pain because of the need of balance and lack of handlebars. It completelly changed my life. Thank you for that. You will get back to the right way again I hope. You are my source of EUC reviews. There is nobody like you....

I think mopeds and small motorcycles (under 200lbs) are vastly underrated as we near 100 years of design focused on convenience, reliability, and ease of maintenance. Something like the Honda C90 parks along a bicycle with about the same dimensions, or in car parking spaces if those aren't available. It can travel you quietly and leisurely in a bike lane - as long as you're respectful - and merge into car traffic and overtake easily pass the city bus. Meanwhile, being registered automobiles, they are much less stolen, much easier to track down, and can be insured for theft and vandalism very cheaply.

Unfortunately modern motorcycles are almost all focused on size, power, speed, they have most of the disadvantages of a car on top of all the disadvantages of a motorcycle, with few of the benefits; 80+ mpg, easy maintenance, park anywhere, and fitting through small spaces. Even the Honda minimotos like the grom and monkey, or modern super cub, sacrifice light weight and small dimensions to get a little more power - but it's still not enough to go highway speeds, making them still unsuitable for far/fast distances while hurting their utility as inner-city bikes. 160mpg is insane though.

If you can find a 50cc-90cc motorcycle for under $1000, a license is like $15 and it's very much worth the freedom they offer. Since getting my 50cc honda ruckus years ago I've modded the hell out of it and have kept it around for $200/yr full coverage insurance in addition for my $600/yr larger motorcycle for long haul trips. The flatbed aspect of the scooter's floorboard is also very convenient, allowing you to carry 100lbs of unreasonably sized junk on it as long as you can reach overtop to work the handlebars. Even through winters I don't find a car necessary, and after much consideration, the theft of bicycles and unreliability of lithium batteries turned me away from other options.

You were the chosen one! You were supposed to destroy the Sith, not join them! I loved you, Enadam…
Hope you wont leave reviewing EUC’s anyway
