How to Freeze Dried Jello-Coated Grapes

Thanks for all of your advice with freezing drying! If you make these alot, maybe this will help you alittle bit, not sure if you have seen this but you can fill up a dinner plate with a single layer of grapes(enough to single layer cover the surface). Then take another dinner plate and place on top of grapes, plate face down so you make it hard for grapes to escape. Then take a large knife that will span, the width of the plate (I find my large serrated bread knife works well for this) & press down on top plate to hold grapes still but not crush the grapes. Run the knife between then bottom and top plate and you will cut the entire plate full of grapes at one time. Becareful of your fingers. But i find it extremely easy to do a large amount quickly ( much quicker than 1 grape at a time). Best wishes & hope it helps!
